DOG AND/OR ANIMAL GRAPHICS SITES

If anyone knows of some other free graphics sites (or nominal fee sites) that have dog designs, please email me and let me know!

"BORDER" GRAPHICS

Some of the sites below have some really wonderful borders for your page(s). Borders are easy to put up on a page, but it is difficult to get the text aligned properly on the rest of your page (the text will run into the border if you don't take proper steps to make sure this doesn't happen). For an excellent tip on how to do this, please go here. This tip requires *some* knowledge of HTML code and the ability to download a graphic.

Please remember to give each and every artist credit when you use their images on your pages and provide a link back to their page on each page you use their images. The graphics need to be protected on each page they're on, not on a separate links page. No one will have any idea who did what graphics, and people will think the graphics don't belong to anyone or that you don't care if they're taken if you don't list the link/credits on each page.

Graphics are very hard work and take lots of hours, so please give credit where it is due! Make sure you take the time to look for and read the rules or restrictions on any free graphics site. If you've got any doubt in your mind whether the image is o.k. for you to use or not, contact the owner of the page.

THE DOGPATCH has a page of Sheltie graphics and several Agility graphics. Mary Jo Sminkney has done a great job on these graphics, too!!
SHERRY'S GRRRFIX
Sherry has some very nice German Shepherd Dog graphics on her site!

Maryann Augustinus of Sydney, Australia has several Dalmatian animated .gifs and some artwork available on her page that may be used on club or personal (non-commercial) homepages.

Bobbie Peachley's site has many dog graphics sites linked with a good written description of each.

There are several generic type dogs on this site and some lovely Christmas designs for free.

ANIMATED ANIMALS
Yevgeniy has 44 animated dog .gifs on his site (look under "Dogs and Puppies").
PAGE WORKS
This site has mainly animated .gifs in many animals, but I could only find one dog.

GENERIC GRAPHICS SITES

These are some of the better places to find graphics on the Web (you will find various animal designs scattered throughout some of these sites, but you will have to dig around).

This is the site where I got my little stars and "New" icons from. Andrew Soncha has a lot of really neat public domain graphics (buttons, lines, bullets, backgrounds, etc.) that you can download and use for free on your personal web pages on this site. This site has some of the classiest graphics around!

CLIP ART WAREHOUSE
This is a site with lots of public domain graphics.
